Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, operations, or a related field
• Graduate degree is preferred
• 10-15 years of related experience in P&C administration with a strong client service history
• 2-5 years of experience in a senior P&C leadership position
• P&C broker's license required
