JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. is a leading public health research and consulting organization. We work temporary staff to perform data collection tasks and numerous administrative capacities on a variety of projects. Staff are trained and supervised by the JSI Survey Research Group.
SUMMARY
Since 2023, JSI has worked with the Massachusetts Center for Health Information and Analysis (CHIA) to collect information on healthcare workforce capacity.
Data collection staff support this project by conducting research on and reminder phone calls to, according to established procedures, eligible healthcare organizations. Work is done remotely and all phone calls and call outcomes are completed using a JSI laptop. Due to the variability of the work, there is no guarantee of set number of hours on a weekly or monthly basis.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Online research of healthcare organizations in Massachusetts
• Phone outreach to healthcare organizations in Massachusetts
• Communicate issues that may arise with Project Team
• Communicate regularly with project staff via email
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Must be available during daytime hours (9am-5pm)
• Must live in Massachusetts

• Consistent email access
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs, including data entry
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
