About the position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work from home and have the flexibility to set your own schedule while assisting patients and caregivers in self-directed Medicaid programs. Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls from patients and caregivers with compassion and professionalism.

Requirements
• At least one year of customer service experience.
