Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement a comprehensive business plan to achieve POP targets
• Manage partner lifecycle and drive joint pipeline growth through partner-originated opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance sales through partner programs and events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development in the technology industry
• Proven track record of success in partner sales and strategy execution
• Experience leading deal negotiations and managing executive relationships with partners
• Extensive relationships within the CSP, SI, and Reseller partner community
