Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve patient accounts using company applications and internet resources
• Document account activities and maintain productivity and quality standards
• Assist team members and participate in special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business administration or accounting preferred
• 1-4 years of medical claims and/or hospital collections experience
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate various system applications
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
• Understanding of Commercial, Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid collections
