Key Responsibilities

• Identify and raise potential incidents, risks, and anticipated points of resistance
• Own payroll incidents end to end, ensuring resolution and developing plans to mitigate concerns
• Investigate complex cases with complete ownership and creativity

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within a Payroll environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience working remotely is a plus
