Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support day-to-day operations in the People department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding, exiting, and updating of employees in HR systems
  • Process payroll information, including deductions and reconciliations
  • Audit and manage benefit provider invoices and contract employee hours
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; HR certification is a plus
  • Two to five years of experience in HR, Payroll, or Benefits Administration
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with compliance issues and employment laws
