Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategic HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and develop effective workforce plans
• Develop people plans to attract, engage, and retain necessary skills for successful business execution
• Collaborate with HR teams to implement HR strategies, organizational development, and embed HR policies within the business

Required Qualifications

• CIPD, PHR/SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification with a minimum of 5+ years in a strategic HR role
• Experience in a geographically dispersed organization
• Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
• Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment laws
• Experience in a fast-paced, global company working with managers and leaders
