Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to building processes
• Proven experience in change management and as a thought partner
• Solid knowledge of performance management and Total Rewards practices
• Ability to work autonomously and handle confidential matters with discretion
