Pharmacy Billing Adjudicator

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Billing Adjudicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing accurate and timely billing services that exceed customer expectations. We are looking for a professional with a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong customer service focus. The Pharmacy Billing Adjudicator will be responsible for reviewing pharmacy transactions, claims, and billing.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmacy billing, adjudication, and/or insurance reimbursement. They must also have a thorough understanding of pharmacy laws, regulations, and contractual requirements. A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask are essential. In addition, the individual must possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Review pharmacy transactions, claims, and billing.
Provide accurate and timely billing services that exceed customer expectations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmacy laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.
Maintain records of all billing activities.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve billing issues.
Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Monitor and adjust billing procedures as needed.
Ensure accurate and timely billing of third-party payers.
Maintain regular communication with pharmacy staff and billing customers.
