Key Responsibilities

• Processes inbound and outbound calls in a consumer-focused manner
• Follows protocols for physician selection
• Maintains awareness of abandon call rate and contributes to team coordination

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• No supervisory experience required
• Previous call center and/or healthcare experience preferred
• Must reside in the Greater St. Louis area
