Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Editor, Developer Content Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the content strategy for developers and technical practitioners
• Write and edit various content types including blog posts, guides, and thought leadership pieces
• Collaborate with teams to translate technical narratives into engaging content and build scalable content series

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in editorial, content strategy, or technical journalism, preferably in developer-focused roles
• A portfolio showcasing writing for or about developers, open source, or cloud-native technologies
• Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to create compelling stories
• Strong understanding of developer personas and the modern software development lifecycle
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, observability, or cloud-native tooling is a plus
