Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead design initiatives and enhance product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and design scalable solutions
• Own complex design initiatives and drive innovation through prototyping and user research
• Mentor other designers and contribute to the overall design culture and best practices

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in designing digital products, preferably in Fintech or EdTech
• Deep proficiency in Figma, Pendo, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
• Proven track record of managing complex product experiences and delivering user-centered solutions
• Strong expertise in user-centered design principles and interaction design
• Experience mentoring designers and shaping design culture
