Product Implementation Trainer – Fully Remote
Leading software company is currently seeking to hire a Product Implementation Trainer. This is a fully remote and temp to hire position.
Shift: 8 AM – 5 PM EST (1 hr lunch)
Responsibilities of the Product Implementation Trainer:
• Deliver core product training through instructor-led sessions in virtual environments, ensuring comprehensive understanding among internals and partners.
• Achieve high satisfaction results aligned with company goals and metrics, continuously improving training effectiveness.
• Self-motivate and take responsibility for:
• Achieving and maintaining certification in specific courses.
• Staying current on new products, industry trends, and customer training needs.
• Performing administrative tasks promptly to support training activities and business operations.
• Engage actively with internals and partners, addressing inquiries and providing expert guidance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the needs of customers, internals, and partners are met effectively.
• Innovate to enhance team processes and organizational growth, contributing to the evolution of training methodologies.
• Complete special projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications of the Product Implementation Trainer:
• 3-5 years of experience delivering SaaS software training in virtual classroom platforms and onsite environments.
• Proven experience in training or implementing the Pro WFM Product.
• Strong adaptability to change, with the ability to pivot quickly when priorities shift.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, influencing change and managing multiple commitments.
• Demonstrated high attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
