Product Integration Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Integration Support Specialist to provide customer support for online booking tools and corporate travel software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for corporate online booking tools to meet client needs
  • Assist with implementations and monitor Help Desk calls and emails
  • Create/manage travel policies, conduct training, and complete other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years' experience with Concur Travel corporate online booking software preferred
  • Working knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Sabre
  • Previous travel agency experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Agent experience is a plus but not required
