Design and deliver an external enablement plan for partner pilot activation, including onboarding and training
Collaborate with partner sales teams to run enablement sessions and track engagement and feedback
Align internal enablement efforts with partner sales teams and ensure readiness to support co-selling initiatives
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree required
8-10 years of experience in Partner Enablement, Channel Programs, or GTM Enablement in a SaaS or cloud-based company
Strong understanding of partner motions and co-selling dynamics
Experience in Partner Sales or Direct Sales is a plus
Demonstrated ability to launch and scale partner programs or training initiatives
