Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager Non Tech.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive operational support to new external partners, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
• Develop and execute enablement plans that equip partners with the resources and knowledge to thrive
• Plan and execute quarterly business reviews with education and commercial partners, managing all logistical aspects and follow-up items

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Partnership Management, Account Management, Business Operations, Finance, Program Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in partner management (internal and external)
• 4+ years of experience in program management
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
