Program Manager with DoD Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead a large software development effort for a government customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource needs
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration and clarity of roles
• Identify risks, manage project scope, and ensure compliance with quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; Master's degree is highly desired
• PMP or equivalent certification required; Agile certifications preferred
• Minimum 10 years' experience in managing IT teams and serving as a program manager
• Minimum 5 years' experience in software management or software development
