Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Operator, Flex Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 customer support for Virtual Power Plant programs, ensuring high-quality service
• Address Tier 2 customer support ticket escalations and execute manual operational processes
• Monitor and report on dispatch success of demand management events to ensure program effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Entry-level role requiring minimal experience
• Ability to operate autonomously on low-complexity tasks
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Basic understanding of operational tools and processes
• Willingness to learn project management tools and methodologies
