Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage customer app launches and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer app launches, coordinating the submission process from start to finish
• Manage schedule and scope changes, identify risks, and handle escalations during the app submission process
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience and lead process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proficient in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
• Experience working with SMB businesses and managing end-to-end processes with customers
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively across varying technical audiences
• Resourceful and committed to improving customer experiences throughout the project lifecycle
