Project Specialist - Client Orders

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Specialist- Client Orders (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in project kickoff and status calls to evaluate processes and assist with data alignment for billing
• Conduct root cause assessments on issues and defects, providing findings and possible resolutions
• Develop and maintain process/documentation material for clarity and ease of understanding

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in a project or process-oriented role within a healthcare environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Access, including familiarity with macros and tools
• Experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) preferred
