Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Compensation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Administers compensation programs and conducts market analyses to ensure competitive compensation recommendations
• Provides analytical support for compensation-related projects and prepares reports to monitor pay program effectiveness
• Acts as a resource for facility management on compensation philosophy and practices, providing training and guidance as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field
• Three to five years of experience in business or Human Resources, preferably in Compensation
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets and relational databases for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification preferred
