Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of QA analysts, providing guidance and conducting performance reviews
• Design and improve QA processes, develop test strategies, and maintain quality reporting mechanisms
• Lead manual and automated testing, manage QA tooling, and communicate quality status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in SaaS or healthcare tech
• Demonstrated experience managing or leading QA teams
• Strong analytical skills focused on leveraging QA data for decision-making
• Experience with QA tools such as Jira or Xray
• Familiarity with Agile development and release cycles
