A company is looking for a QA Manager to oversee the Quality Assurance Department and ensure compliance and accuracy in processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the work of Quality Assurance Department employees
  • Coordinate hiring, training, and policy enhancements to support business development
  • Oversee internal ticket management and establish service level agreements for department employees
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in merchant processing with software user interfaces
  • 2-5 years in a leadership role within merchant services
  • Extensive knowledge of TSYS/PPM/CBOS
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
