Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review delivery/shipping tickets and on-site orders for compliance with accreditation and payer regulations
• Accurately process and verify documentation and orders while maintaining patient records
• Identify trends in processes to improve efficiency and cost savings

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
• Two (2) years of work-related experience for senior level, including one (1) year of exact job experience
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
