Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales & Experience Manager (Central).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop selling behaviors with Stylists and Client Advisors to enhance sales performance
• Lead and execute initiatives to drive brand connection and loyalty through client outreach and events
• Monitor and assess performance of store teams and individual Client Advisors to ensure high sales results

Required Qualifications

• Established client relations management abilities and experience
• Prior experience as a personal shopper or wardrobe assistant
• Prior luxury brand clienteling experience
• Strong communication and technical skills
• Ability to transfer knowledge in clienteling to others
