Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to grow large accounts within their internet lead distribution platform for insurance agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for current and new accounts, providing trusted account management
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain accurate pipeline management
  • Create and implement account plans while coordinating with multiple departments to meet objectives
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Customer Success/Sales experience on internal business platforms preferred
  • Ability to attend 4+ trade shows and conferences as needed
  • Proven ability to manage high revenue accounts and generate referrals
  • Experience in outbound/inbound sales and customer service
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
