Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in a live chat environment
• Retail sales experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment
• Excellent data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 45-55 wpm
• Proficient in using Windows-based applications and client relationship management tools
