About The Role
This unique hybrid position blends high-volume data entry with precision typing and client support coordination. As our Remote Data Entry & Typist Support Coordinator, you’ll juggle numeric data input and transcription projects, serving as the primary liaison between clients and our data/typing teams. Flexible parttime (25-30 hours/week) or fulltime (35-40 hours/week), with entirely self-scheduled hours to match your peak performance times.
Key Responsibilities
• Dual Data Processing: Enter transactional data (orders, shipping logs) and transcribe client audio into finalized documents, maintaining separate accuracy KPIs for each function.
• Client Intake & Briefing: Host short video or chat-based briefing sessions with new clients to gather project requirements, deadlines, and style preferences.
• Project Coordination: Assign tasks to specialized data entry and typist teams, monitor progress via our project management suite (Jira, Monday.com), and ensure on-time delivery.
• Quality Checks: Perform second-tier reviews on both numeric datasets and transcribed documents, applying checklists to guarantee 99%+ accuracy.
• Reporting & Feedback: Generate weekly status reports for clients, highlight deliverables, and implement client feedback loops to refine processes.
• Training & Documentation: Develop process guides, create tutorial videos, and lead quarterly Skill Sharpen webinars for the operations team.
Qualifications
• Associate degree or higher; certifications in Office Technology or related fields a plus.
• 2+ years of combined data entry and transcription experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills comfortable conducting client briefings and debriefs virtually.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software, CRM platforms, and audio editing tools (Express Scribe, Audacity).
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and written communication skills.
• Quiet, dependable home office setup with robust internet connectivity.
