As a District Representative with Invictus Financials, you’ll engage with clients to meet their needs while also playing a key role in training and developing a high-performing team. You will drive sales and help expand the District, starting in a flexible part-time capacity with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as you build your team. This is a remote role, primarily conducted through Zoom, offering unmatched flexibility. Raises and promotions are merit-based, with uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and staff the District while maintaining a focus on growth and development.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve both individual and team success.
• Work directly with the Regional Vice President to gain valuable insights and coaching.
• Stay adaptable and coachable as the role evolves with the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
•U.S. residents only.
•Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to successfully pass a background check.
• Competitive and driven nature is a plus.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ambitious and eager to grow within the role
