Job Summary

A company is looking for a ROI Technician to manage the release of patient medical records remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of requests for patient information in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines
• Compile statistics, generate reports, and assist in departmental projects to meet goals
• Perform document imaging and ensure quality control of scanned records

Required Qualifications

• One year of experience in medical records and release of information
• Knowledge of health information practices and principles
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Strong technical skills in Windows applications and electronic health record systems
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment with effective organizational skills
