• Analyze support data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a support organization
• 3+ years in Advanced Flight Planning
• 1+ year of experience with AI or automation efforts
• Project Management experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Azure/AWS Cloud is a plus
