Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency and impact
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance internal processes, templates, and guidelines
• Manage relationships with cross-functional partners and support research planning and allocation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience as a project or program manager or a UX Researcher
• Experience in establishing and leading programs end-to-end
• Proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders and collaborating across teams
• Experience in vendor management and facilitating team meetings
• High level of organization and ability to manage complex logistics
