Job Summary

A company is looking for a Residential Manager to oversee staff and ensure quality care for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with safety and health care procedures
• Conduct performance reviews, staff training, and maintain documentation
• Manage staffing schedules and ensure appropriate deployment of staff

Required Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience required
• Previous experience with individuals with acquired brain injuries preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of relevant Federal, State, and local regulations
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
