Job Summary

A company is looking for a Club Operations Manager who will manage strategic analysis and business performance for retail partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Club Channel forecasts, including inventory management and event planning
• Co-develop annual business plan goals and manage demand planning in collaboration with supply chain partners
• Provide analytic support for Club Channel retail businesses, including performance analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in CPG sales/analytics, demand planning, or retail, especially with Club retailers
• Experience in an analytical, data-driven role using retail partner and syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen)
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Business Suite
• Ability to manage complex data and synthesize it into actionable insights
• Strong ownership mindset with a desire to be seen as an analytics leader
