Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retail Success Manager to support account strategies with major retailers and distributors in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage business relationships with designated Retail & B2B/Distributor customers
- Create and manage an account success plan collaboratively with customer and internal stakeholders
- Drive brand adoption through marketing campaigns and advocate for Salsify brands within retail/distributor accounts
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in fast-paced environments, preferably in high tech
- Experience working with retailers or distributors as an employee, vendor, or supplier
- Strong project or program management experience
- Experience navigating large, complex Fortune 1000 companies
- High emotional intelligence and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
