Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intermediate Account Manager - Retirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for daily administration of retirement plans and develop strong client relationships
• Coordinate with management to research issues and negotiate resolutions
• Collaborate with internal partners to address client needs and maintain action plans for client retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent education/experience
• Three years of customer relationship experience, including one year in the retirement or financial services industry
• Knowledge of daily administration of retirement plans
• Proficiency using MS Office tools, including Excel
