Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Risk Management Data Analytics and Technology in the Medical Professional Liability sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Risk Management Data Analytics team, establishing goals and priorities
• Lead systems and data project assessments, implementations, and improvements across departments
• Collaborate with regional leaders to develop the department's annual operating plan and budget

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
• Ten plus years of progressive experience in healthcare, risk management, or related fields, including three years of supervisory experience
• CPHRM certification preferred
• Experience in risk management, clinical compliance, and patient safety required
• Knowledge of advanced reporting systems or data warehouse technologies required
