RPA Developer Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer / Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to analyze and document healthcare claims workflows
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate tasks in the claims lifecycle
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot RPA solutions to ensure performance and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing and medical coding
• Experience designing and developing RPA bots using platforms like UiPath or Automation Anywhere
• Familiarity with QNXT's system architecture and data models
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards such as HIPAA
• Programming/scripting experience (e.g., VB.NET, Python, SQL) is a plus
