• Calculate, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of monthly commission payments for the sales team
• Identify, address, and resolve challenges related to the commission system
• Analyze sales compensation data to provide actionable insights and improve commission plans

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an analyst in a global high-tech organization
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and exceptional analytical skills
• Experience with sales compensation software (CaptivateIQ is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, or Accounting
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-evolving environment
