Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to drive business growth and support sales efforts in the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and nurturing leads
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and convert marketing engagement into qualified sales
• Collaborate with internal teams to create strategic sales plans and support marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry focused on energy/utilities
• Proficient in using Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and presentation tools
• Strong understanding of electric utilities and their buying economics
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for learning about Electricity Markets, Utilities, and emerging technologies
