A company is looking for a Director, Community Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale the sales organization to develop a high-performing team
  • Drive revenue growth by building and executing a scalable sales strategy
  • Manage and grow the sales team through recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in SaaS sales leadership roles, with 3+ years at the Director level or equivalent
  • Experience in private equity-backed companies and high-growth scaling environments
  • Direct experience selling to or working within community foundations or nonprofits
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling SaaS revenue from $50M to $150M
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
