Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead their Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach the sales team to improve productivity
• Achieve monthly revenue and close rate goals while collaborating with leadership
• Hire and onboard new sales team members as needed

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in enterprise B2B/B2B2C software
• At least 2 years of experience managing sales teams
• Experience in a high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS environment preferred
• Strong understanding of value-based selling and sales methodologies
• Self-starter with a willingness to take full ownership of projects
