• Conduct sales meetings, deliver ongoing training, and collaborate with marketing to maximize lead generation

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of two years of proven sales management experience, preferably in in-home sales
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members
• Strong planning and goal-setting skills
