Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to develop and measure Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal business organizations to evaluate business KPIs for data-driven decisions
• Document and implement best practices for Salesforce maintenance and development
• Design and standardize system dashboards, reports, and workflows in Salesforce CRM

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Sales Operations and/or Revenue Operations experience
• Prior experience with Salesforce CRM, preferably Salesforce Lightning
• Excel knowledge (e.g., Vlookup, Index Match, Pivot Tables)
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus, but not required
• Able to work effectively in a remote team environment
