A company is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Global Account Management and Channel Sales through order execution, fulfillment processing, and record maintenance
  • Coordinate meetings, facilitate internal communication, and follow up on activities while compiling and analyzing reports
  • Collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales operations and/or customer success experience in a complex sales environment
  • Proficiency in CRM, especially in account management business processes
  • Experience with sales automation tools and platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and project tools
