We’re looking for Acquisition Closers—highly motivated sales professionals who know how to connect, convince, and close. You’ll be the front line in converting inbound and outbound seller leads into signed agreements for real estate acquisitions.

This is not your average sales job. We don’t offer a base salary—and that’s a good thing. This is a commission-only position designed for killers, closers, and those who crave control over their income. If that excites you, read on. If not, we respect that this may not be the right fit.

Compensation Plan (Commission-Only Role)

Choose one of two aggressive payout options tailored to your style:

Option 1 – Deal-Based Commissions:
• $500 per signed agreement
• +$1,000 once the deal is funded and closed
• $1,500 total per funded deal

Option 2 – Percentage-Based Commissions:
• 15% commission on all funded deals
• Structure re-evaluated every quarter for top performers

Payment Schedule:
• Paid twice a month: 15th and last day of the month
• Payouts are sent 3–5 business days early to ensure funds hit on time

Employee Earnings Average:
• Closers average between $2,000 – $10,000+ /month
• Top performers earn $10K+/month consistently

Promotion Path:

You want growth? We’ve got it.
• Start: 15% net gross per deal.
• Close 8 deals/month: Bump to 20% commission.
• Close 10 deals/month for 3 months: Sales Manager.
• 5% on all deals closed by your team.
• Close 35 deals/month for 3 months: Branch Manager.
• 2.5% on all deals closed by your branch.

Your performance alone determines how fast you grow and how much you earn.

Weekly Performance Metrics (KPIs)

This is your scoreboard. Top closers hit (or exceed) these weekly:
• 15 Hours of talk time
• 200 outbound calls
• 15 verbal offers
• 2 agreements sent
• 1 agreement signed
• Weekly morning huddles (non-negotiable)

Miss these consistently, and you won’t be here long. Hit them consistently, and you’ll make more than most people do in salaried roles.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

These are the non-negotiables. Miss them and you’re off the team.
• Follow sales scripts exactly as trained
• Execute outbound calls daily and make real connections
• Identify seller motivations and tailor your pitch
• Send agreements same-day to qualified sellers
• Push signed agreements through to our funding team
• Keep your CRM updated with real-time tracking
• Complete training modules within set timelines
• Hit weekly KPIs—every week, no exceptions
• Stay in constant communication with your team lead
• Sign your first deal within 2 weeks
• Close a minimum of 3 deals per calendar month

Qualifications:
• Strong spoken and written English
• Previous phone sales experience preferred
• Background in commission-only roles is a huge plus
• You can follow directions, even when they contradict your instincts
• Strong attention to detail and active listening skills
• Able to process data quickly and accurately
• Thick skin, self-motivated, and eager to improve daily

Expectations & Culture:

• Full-time commitment (Monday–Saturday)
• Mondays are optional—but top closers use them to get ahead
• Answer return calls even on lunch, date night, vacation, etc.
• Money doesn’t take a day off—and neither do we
• You take ownership of your performance (no excuses culture)
• You’re coachable, adaptable, and take feedback seriously
• You track your numbers like your paycheck depends on it—because it does
• If you’re not hitting KPIs, you’re training or dialing
