Key Responsibilities

• Gather and define business requirements from clients and end users
• Develop user stories and process flows for Salesforce solutions
• Configure Salesforce and collaborate with developers to test solutions

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and hands-on implementation of 1-2 projects
• Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM products
• Good to have any Salesforce certification
• Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver them on time
