Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain functional roadmaps for Salesforce applications in collaboration with leadership
• Scope, plan, and execute application enhancement projects, ensuring compliance with change control processes
• Oversee user support and manage escalated support cases, while analyzing application usage and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Three or more years of Salesforce Administration experience and project management experience
• Two or more years of people management experience, including cross-functional teams
• Experience with Information Technology project management methodologies
• US Citizenship is required due to federal customer contracts
