Salesforce Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional Salesforce programs from planning through execution
• Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to define program goals and priorities
• Establish program governance frameworks and track KPIs while providing status updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 3 years managing Salesforce programs
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ)
• Experience leading large-scale global CRM or digital transformation programs
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications preferred
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams
